The staff at Joey's Hostel Agra were amazing - so friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a twin room with a private bathroom since there wasn't a bottom bunk available. The hostel is just a 2-minute walk from the Taj Mahal, and they provide breakfast on the rooftop every morning. I stayed at their sister hostel in Delhi before and would highly recommend both Joey's in Agra and Delhi.
Felt more than at home, nothing to complain about.
